Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join our growing construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising construction projects from inception to completion. You will work closely with project managers, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced construction environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and supervise daily construction activities on-site. • Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and subcontractors. • Review project drawings, specifications, and technical documents. • Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are achieved. • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. • Prepare progress reports and site documentation. • Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues. • Manage material requirements and site resources efficiently. • Assist in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting. • Ensure all work complies with local building codes and regulations.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline. • Minimum 5 years of construction industry experience. • Strong understanding of construction methods and practices. • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools. • Excellent communication and leadership abilities. • Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications. • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. • Experience managing contractors and site teams. • Knowledge of health and safety regulations. • Valid driver’s license preferred.
